This package includes:

• Five one-on-one virtual and/or in-person health and well-being coaching sessions including:

  • A 60-minute introduction session

  • Three 30-minute accountability check-in sessions

  • A 60-minute closing session

• A reflection guide to help you track your progress, focus areas and next steps

• Email, phone, and text availability throughout the series
