Health Coaching

As a health coach, I partner with you to create and work toward health and well-being goals based on your own values to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be so you can live your most balanced, vibrant, enjoyable life.

My approach is non-judgmental, progress-oriented, and considers you as a whole person as we work together to make sustainable changes in any of these areas:

What health coaching entails

Since you are the expert on your own health and habits, I’ll ask questions and do a lot of listening while helping you:

  • establish a focus area

  • explore your vision of best health and values 

  • explore your readiness to change 

  • set SMART goals

  • create action steps to start working toward your goal

What the coaching process is like with me

Based on behavior change research, meeting for a series of sessions over the span of 3 months or longer has the most impact on supporting sustainable change. All sessions are confidential and virtual via Zoom so we can meet from the convenience and comfort of your home or workplace.

Here’s a coaching series road map:

  • We start with a free 30-minute session. You’re welcome to end your coaching journey there if you’ve gotten what you need!

  • If you’d like to continue, I offer several options that suit different budgets and schedules:

    • The first session is 60 minutes where we cover ground rules and expectations for the series and will start exploring your focus area in depth.

    • All subsequent sessions are 30 minutes and held every 2, 3, or 4 weeks based on your preference.
