Private Yoga and Pilates Instruction
Classes are:
low-impact, strengthening, effective and enjoyable
customized to your physical needs
tailored to your schedule
foundational, starting with basics with options given for modifications
great for novices, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between
available for private (1-on-1), semi-private sessions (2-3 people) or groups (4+ people)
can span 45 or 60 minutes depending on your needs
offered virtually and/or on-site (depending on location)
Styles offered:
Pilates Mat: We’ll use the core principles of Pilates to guide each practice including breath, focus, centering, concentration, precision, and control.
Gentle Yoga: We’ll balance effort and ease as we move through the sequence and marry poses with breath.
Yin Yoga: Mostly floor-based, longer held poses to let the fascia in the body naturally release.
Prenatal Yoga: A fluid practice with lots of hip openers. A combination of strengthening, playfulness and relaxation to ready your mind, body and spirit.
Meditation: We’ll start with breathwork to center the mind, then practice mantra-based meditation.
