Private Yoga and Pilates Instruction

Classes are:

  • low-impact, strengthening, effective and enjoyable

  • customized to your physical needs

  • tailored to your schedule

  • foundational, starting with basics with options given for modifications

  • great for novices, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between

  • available for private (1-on-1), semi-private sessions (2-3 people) or groups (4+ people)

  • can span 45 or 60 minutes depending on your needs

  • offered virtually and/or on-site (depending on location)

Styles offered:

  • Pilates Mat: We’ll use the core principles of Pilates to guide each practice including breath, focus, centering, concentration, precision, and control.

  • Gentle Yoga: We’ll balance effort and ease as we move through the sequence and marry poses with breath.

  • Yin Yoga: Mostly floor-based, longer held poses to let the fascia in the body naturally release.

  • Prenatal Yoga: A fluid practice with lots of hip openers. A combination of strengthening, playfulness and relaxation to ready your mind, body and spirit.

  • Meditation: We’ll start with breathwork to center the mind, then practice mantra-based meditation.
