✨ Spring Sweat & Stretch ✨

A springtime 4-class virtual Pilates mat series will be kicking off Sunday, April 12! Each class entails 45 minutes of building core strength and stability and increasing flexibility with low-impact movements with stretching and rest in between moves to keep up stamina. Beginners welcome!
