Reclaim your precious time and energy.
Do less of what drains you.
Do more of what lights you up.
The #1 issue I hear time and again from women over 40 is very clear: the stress of managing all the things including:
your physical health
your mental health
your work
your calendar
your relationships
your household
your passion projects and hobbies
and more!
It feels like the target keeps moving, and you’re mentally and physically exhausted from the planning, organizing, deciding, communicating, running around, and trying to get it all done. You’re stressed, overwhelmed and have lost sight of yourself along the way.
On top of that, you’re looking ahead to your future and wanting to create a lifestyle now that allows you to be healthy, active, and thriving well into the next few decades. Perhaps this sounds like you:
You’re so toast at the end of the day that your fuse is very short (or gone) in the evenings.
You’re spending nearly all weekend running between activities and preparing for the week ahead wishing you were relaxing instead.
You often find yourself looking back on a week or month and wonder where the time went.
You’ve fallen out of your routine after your schedule changed and are now daunted by the thought of getting back into the groove.
You feel like life is running you, like time is slipping away from you before you’re able to stop and consider what you want to be getting out of it.
You’ve got the best intentions to create daily habits that work for you, but you get stuck trying to make it stick.
I’ve helped women like you—managing it all—find balance, peace, and freedom from stress. Take it from a former client who came to me feeling upside down and mentally scattered with a to-do list that was multiple pages. After working together she noted,“Since I've worked with you from February until May, life feels organized. I've got it down.”
I’m inspired to continue supporting people like her—and like you—feel more balanced, peaceful, and free from stress because you deserve to feel your best. And when you're feeling your best, it radiates.
Now imagine what it could be like
…if you were able to devote your time and energy exactly how you wanted. Perhaps you’d feel:
especially present as you spend time with your loved ones
relieved that the time burden that was once weighing on you has eased
more mental clarity to carry with you throughout your day
more confidence in making decisions that are aligned with your priorities
more energetic throughout the day to put towards work or fun
more peaceful, effective, and content
You deserve this version of yourself, and here’s how to start:

Here’s how others have benefited from coaching
“Rachael helped me take a step back, consider the full picture and identify things that were contributing to my inability to execute on what I thought was so straight forward. Now I’m aware of my opportunity areas, feeling in control and confident in executing.”
“I loved how Rachael asked the questions that I would avoid asking myself. She is extremely intuitive and was able to get to the root of what I was struggling with in a calm and supportive way.”
“Rachael was warm, comforting, supportive, and her questions thought provoking. ”

Intrigued, but not sure if this is right for you?
You have a high standard for quality and the right fit, especially when working one-on-one. It’s important to be certain of something before committing.
That’s why we start with a 30-minute discovery call where we’ll discuss the coaching process and where I can answer your questions so you can decide if The Midyear Reset feels right for you.
Does adding one more thing to the calendar give you pause?
We’ll spend the time to make the time. In other words, the goal after this 12-week session is to clear the noise, focus on your priorities, and feel in alignment with how you’re spending your time and energy. We’ll consider your existing commitments and will schedule the 1x1 sessions during the days and times that work best for you.
Devoting 45-60 minutes per week has the potential to earn back countless hours of decision fatigue, procrastination, or overthinking.
A note on rescheduling: I ask for 24-hour notice if rescheduling is needed, but also understand that life doesn’t always give us a 24-hour heads-up. In those (let’s face it: sometimes inevitable) cases, just let me know as soon as you can and we’ll work together to find a better time.
Will you keep rushing through your days, exhausted and wishing you had more time for yourself and the things you love?
The Midyear Reset isn’t for you if you:
want a one-size-fits-all approach to managing stress.
want to be told how to make changes.
aren't interested in a trial-and-correction approach. (There are no errors, just lessons learned!)
The Midyear Reset is perfect for you if:
you’re ready for less stress and more fulfillment.
you want to be heard and understood.
you're ready to intentionally make changes to enhance the quality of your life, health, and well-being.
you'd like to make positive changes, but don't know how, when, or where to start.
you're willing to consider how you best operate so you can lean into your strengths.
you'd like support and accountability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once I commit, what happens next?
I’ll email you the following:
a contract that details what we’ve discussed in our discovery call including agreed-upon session dates, payment information and confidentiality terms.
calendar invitations with Zoom information for our sessions
a payment invoice
How often will we meet?
Typically, meeting every 1-2 weeks is ideal to keep momentum on your goals. Since coaching is centered on what works best for you, we’ll discuss what cadence fits best given your schedule.
Does insurance cover the cost of wellness coaching?
While it is expected to change in the near future, health insurance currently does not cover the cost of wellness coaching. It might be helpful to review policies for your health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement account (HRA) if you have them. Also, small business owners often bill wellness coaching as a wellness or professional development expense.
How is wellness coaching different than therapy?
Wellness coaching explores how to identify desired changes and set goals to make those changes over time. We’ll focus on your present lifestyle and your desired future lifestyle, your strengths, and how to use these strengths to achieve your goals.
